In 2001, following a crucial meeting with a Top Leader, I created my company to support organizations in search of meaning and to train management teams to set up new ethical and responsible models of leadership.
In 2018, I actively participated in the founding of the International Movement of Humanist Entrepreneurs whose values of freedom, harmony and humility I fully embrace.

I am specialized in studying, analyzing and supporting the behaviour of leaders under stress in international and multicultural environments (Africa, North America, Asia, Europe, Middle East).
Professor
Since 2002, I teach ethical and responsible leadership in the Executive Education of HEC Paris and since 2020 in the Executive Education of University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland to prepare future leaders for a new vision of the business world.
